Rhonda Gailey has been a licensed broker since 1994. She is one of the most experienced and successful INDEPENDENT firm owned woman brokers in the Southeast U.S. After spending two decades selling & leading multiple other firms as qualifying broker & developing new home planned communities and training institutes, she founded Gailey Enterprises Real Estate in 2012., a brokerage firm that drives success through innovative content and modern amplification. In addition to her work in real estate, Rhonda is an entrepreneur, public speaker, T.V. personality & owner of several other businesses including a thriving equestrian breeding & training business. She is also a contributor of NAR, Who's Who & women's councils regularly writing columns on real estate, sales, and branding. Rhonda's has worked on all areas of residential Real Estate. She has successfully sold out over 600 communities and supervising more than 180 agents and transactions in 4 states. She implemented the New Homes Sales Training program in 1996; now called "GE Bootcamp', and watched it grow into a highly coveted program. She has personally trained thousands of agents over the years & believes in a culture first work environment.;Rhonda was born in Atlanta Georgia, grew up on the 'southside', and attended Georgia State University where she met her husband Rich Gailey in 1995 & married in 1996. They expanded into the Carolinas in the early 2000's when their two children were young and then relocated to Florida in 2017 for another business expansion to allow their son, Parker Gailey who is now the Regional VP of Sales to open the Jacksonville Florida market.
